The Yang Spring Restaurant was located in Guangzhou. Previously known as Yousen Shuka, until the arson incident that burnt the restaurant down to the ground. It was recognized by the public as the greatest restaurant in Guangzhou.
Current Master Chef of the restaurant is Luou, although the person who manages everything is Chouyu. The restaurant's motto is to "overthrow the tradition" which means to continuously creates new flavors.[1] It also had "fixed employee regulation". This rule is however already revoked.
Mao had to pass the "washing yellow soil trail" test in order to get apprenticeship at the restaurant.
